Party Information & Terms

One FREE adult entry is included per child. Additional adults are charged £1 each.

Babies who are not included in the party numbers and children over our 148cm play-frame height restriction are not charged as party children.

For safety, our maximum height for using the soft play equipment is 148cm. Children under 18 who exceed this height are very welcome to attend the party but cannot access the soft play frame, including to supervise younger children.

Socks must be worn by everyone accessing the soft play equipment.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment for the minimum number of children is due 7 days before the party. Once the minimum number has been confirmed and paid, any additional children are charged based on the number who attend on the day.

If you need to move your party to another date, we require at least 30 days’ notice. Changes are subject to availability and a £25 administration fee.
